I provide comprehensive in-person counselling in Victoria B.C. and remote counselling services throughout B.C. for couples, families, and individuals.
Individual
Individual counselling is an opportunity to build up your inner resources to face the inevitable storms of life. We will take a close look at how you act, what you think and feel, what you sense in your body and how these different parts of you work together, increasing resilience, healing and growth in your life.
I work individually with clients aged 12+
Family
Family therapy can help restore and enhance vital relationships, and can give you the tools to navigate parenting, sibling relationships, and communication at home.
I work with children in conjunction with their parents in therapy.
Couples
Couples counselling provides a place of safety and honesty to work on your most important relationship.
In couples counselling we will look at what patterns keep popping up in the relationship, how to build a deeper connection with each other, and how to work toward an intimate partnership that is based on friendship, trust, care, and love.
Pre-Marital
Premarital counselling increases marital satisfaction, improves communication, and facilitates conflict-resolution skills, which can contribute to healthier and more enduring marriages.
I am facilitator of “Prepare/Enrich” a pre-martial and marriage assessment.
