Meet Liz.

Hi, Iā€™m Liz.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Victoria, BC. I take a special interest in maternal mental health, postpartum depression and anxiety, sleep, spirituality and spiritual trauma, parenting, marriage, and relationships issues. I work from a systems and trauma-informed perspective.

I am married with three young boys. I love being outside with my family, swimming, running, singing to 80ā€™s power ballads, and going to church.

I am honoured that you are considering counselling with me. I promise I will walk beside you through whatever challenge you are facing to discover hope, healing and wholehearted living.
